Some kinds of cases may not fall strictly into the employment law area, but may bear some relation to present or past employment. For example, our attorneys have handled cases involving allegations of misuse or destruction of company computers or misuse of internet access. We have represented professionals in licensing and work disputes, including in front of the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing, as well as in relation to accommodations for disabilities with employers and licensing boards. Sometimes interference with contract claims do not actually involve the employer, but a third party. Whenever we take on a new case, we are creative in strategizing and identifying possible causes of action and defenses and think "outside the box."
