LYNN M. NOVOTNAK
Lynn Novotnak was admitted to the Wisconsin state and federal bars in 1981. She practices the full gamut of plaintiffs' employment law (including discrimination claims), civil rights, and special education law for children with disabilities. Her experience includes administrative, state and federal trial and appellate litigation.
Lynn received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. She has participated in local and state bar activities and committees, including for many years as member and past chair of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has also been a long-time member of the National and Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Associations. She is a member of the board of directors of Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. Before joining Hawks Quindel, S.C. in July 2005, she was a founding shareholder with First, Blondis, Albrecht & Novotnak, S.C. She has been recognized by Milwaukee Magazine as one of Milwaukee's top lawyers, has been named as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer and as one of America’s Best Lawyers.
