Attorney Kuklinski is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts and in federal court in the Western District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, the Western District of Wisconsin Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys.
Attorney Kuklinski joined Hawks Quindel as an associate attorney in 2015 after clerking for the firm since 2013. As a law clerk, she gained experience in every area of the firm’s practice and developed a passion for representing workers.
During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. She also worked as a student attorney in the Frank J. Remington Center’s Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons clinic, where she represented prison inmates throughout Wisconsin in a broad variety of both civil and criminal legal matters.
Attorney Kuklinski graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, with honors in her Labor and Employment Law concentration. She was a recipient of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys Scholarship, the Wisconsin Idea Scholarship, the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award, and was a finalist in the Best Brief Competition.
Attorney Kuklinski graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015, where she also completed a Concentration in Labor and Employment Law, with honors.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. She graduated with distinction and with majors in Sociology and Gender and Women’s Studies.
