Attorney Krysta R. Kennedy, a native of Kewaunee, WI, has been practicing Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability since 2006. Attorney Kennedy is thrilled to be joining the Hawks Quindel team and continue her work in helping injured and disabled workers.
Since graduating from law school in 1996, Attorney Kennedy has participated as a lecturer, on both the state and national level for associations such as the National Business Institute (NBI), University of Wisconsin Extension, Wisconsin Association for Justice, Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum and labor unions statewide. She has also served as a Judge for the Wisconsin High School Mock Trial Program and the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Moot Court. She is currently a board member of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA) and Kids Chance of Wisconsin.
Attorney Kennedy was the recipient of the Charles D. Vaughn award at Valparaiso University School of Law, as voted by all professors for excellence in trial advocacy. She also received the highest grade in the advanced trial advocacy class.
Attorney Kennedy spoke with Attorney Don Kohl at the National Complex Social Security Law Issues Seminar in 2014.
Attorney Kennedy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with majors of Behavioral Science and Spanish. She then attended Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating in 2006.
