Kathy Charlton will present “Same-Sex Marriage and Domestic Partnership in Wisconsin” on April 9, 2015 as part of the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic (MVLC) and Legal Action of Wisconsin (Legal Action) “Brown Bag” CLE lunch series. MVLC and Legal Action host a year-long series of lunch presentations to enhance the skills of MVLC volunteer lawyers and students. Charlton is a long-time volunteer for Legal Action and at the pro se clinic at the Milwaukee County Courthouse, and is a periodic speaker in the “Brown Bag” series.
