The Wisconsin Supreme Court recently issued a decision regarding underinsured motorist insurance coverage in a personal injury matter. In 2007, Kathryn Bethke was killed in a fatal car accident near Sheboygan Falls. Her Estate alleged that an oncoming car crossed the center-line and hit her car head on.
