SAKS WORKS TO DEFEND VOTER RIGHTS

Attorney Richard Saks represents the Milwaukee Branch of the NAACP and Voces de la Frontera. These two organizations are planning a legal challenge to Wisconsin’s new requirement that all voters present a form of photo identification. As a part of Attorney Saks’ work, he has been interviewing people who are attempting to obtain photo identification from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
