COURT GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT IN SUPERIOR SATELLITE OVERTIME CASE

On August 2, 2012, Judge Conley of the Western District of Wisconsin held a hearing to determine whether final approval of the class action settlement in Turner v.
