Attorney Edelstein believes that every worker deserves fair and respectful treatment. He provides counsel and representation for clients facing complex workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Additionally, he assists individuals facing challenges in finding and maintaining employment by offering support with pardon applications, expungement petitions, and arrest record cleanup.

Experience
Before joining Hawks Quindel, Attorney Edelstein worked as a staff attorney at Legal Action of Wisconsin, where he focused on helping low-income individuals overcome employment barriers. During law school, he volunteered at the Milwaukee Justice Center and worked as a research assistant on the Marquette Law School Poll. Additionally, Attorney Edelstein participated in Marquette’s moot court program, winning the Jenkins Honors Intramural Moot Court Competition. His work has been published in State Politics and Policy Quarterly, Fordham Law Voting Rights and Democracy Forum, and Wisconsin Lawyer.
