The Western District of Wisconsin recently conditionally certified a class of Duluth Telephone Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives, and approved that Notice be mailed to class members. Current and Former TSRs and CSRs have until November 28, 2011 to join the lawsuit by returning a signed consent form to Hawks Quindel. The Class Complaint alleges that Duluth maintained a time clock rounding policy which caused TSRs and CSRs to work uncompensated hours.
