Attorneys Parsons and Zoeller have secured final approval of a settlement on behalf of eighty-nine class members who worked as DHL delivery drivers for WHII, LLC in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The settlement was entered into between WHII, LLC, and the owners of that company and received final court approval from United States District Court Judge William Conley on September 8, 2010. Settlement funds will be distributed to the participating class members on October 8, 2010.
