On November 17 and 18, 2011 Attorneys William Parsons and David Zoeller gave presentations to the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Labor and Employment Law Section. Attorneys Parsons and Zoeller discussed several key topics, including how employers can calculate overtime pay rates, when employees must be paid for putting on or taking off protective gear, the difference between an employee and an independent contractor, and issues related to wage and hour class and collective actions.
