Attorneys William Parsons and David Zoeller have filed a motion to preliminarily approve a settlement on behalf of approximately 876 Alternative Entertainment, Inc. technicians. Parsons and Zoeller represent AEI technicians seeking unpaid overtime and minimum wages. The Plaintiffs also are represented by Axley Brynelson, LLP and Gingras, Cates and Luebke, S.C. The group alleges that AEI’s piece rate pay method violates federal and state wage and hour laws, and that deductions were improperly taken from their wages. The settlement will also provide compensation to the approximately 2120 AEI technicians who allege that improper deductions were taken from their wages. A notice will be sent to class members in the coming months, after court approval, providing detailed information about the settlement.
