Donald Becker joined Hawks Quindel, S.C. in 2022 after building an exceptionally successful disability practice at Becker Law for nearly three decades. Don is Of Counsel at Hawks Quindel, maintaining the outstanding reputation and results he achieved at Becker Law at Hawks Quindel.
In addition to his distinguished legal career, Don has supported the Madison community agencies which supported his clients: Access Community Health Centers, Porchlight, Second Harvest Food Bank, Rainbow Project, Partners in Foster Care and SafeHarbor. To further support mobility limited individuals, Don has provided lead gifts for elevators at Emerson Elementary School and at the Aldo Leopold Center.
As someone who has benefited from being physically active, Don has supported the importance of physical activity in various ways: donating 100’s of soccer balls to teams of underserved youth, sponsoring UW Women’s Hockey “Fill The Bowl’ and donating football shoes to a high school team. In addition, Don has made a naming gift at the UW Children’s Hospital for the exam room for sexually assaulted children, and at the American Birkebeiner for the Birkie trail bridge over State Highway 77. Finally, Don has been an active supporter of Central Cross Country Skiing, providing office space for a time and supporting various programs, including elite women athletes, the sit ski program and Nordic Rocks.

Don received his undergraduate, graduate and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
