Lili Behm is an associate in Hawks Quindel’s Madison office, which she joined in 2019. Attorney Behm’s practice is focused on the representation of employees in workers’ compensation and employment matters. A proud Wisconsinite, Attorney Behm feels privileged to stand alongside the workers who make our state a great place to live.
Madison Workers Compensation Attorney
As a workers compensation attorney, Attorney Behm strives to secure the benefits her clients need to recover with less worry.
Madison Employment Attorney
As an employment litigator, Attorney Behm assertively advocates for her clients’ rights and interests, in and out of court.
When she is not at the office or in court, Attorney Behm most enjoys reading, running, snowshoeing, and kayaking. She speaks German, has two cats, and is an avid student of politics.
Attorney Behm represents clients before courts and administrative agencies at the state and federal levels. Her efforts have resulted in favorable results for clients with various legal needs.
For example, Attorney Behm focuses on workers’ compensation, workplace discrimination, and employer retaliation claims. Her federal court briefs have frustrated employers’ attempts to dismiss her clients’ disability discrimination and Family and Medical Leave Act lawsuits.
Before joining the HQ team, Attorney Behm handled contract-breach and deceptive trade practices cases, and also clerked for Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge JoAnne Kloppenburg.
