In October of 2019 my apartment suffered some damage due to an issue with a water pipe and my landlord tried to blame me for the damage. I am a foreign student and I do not understand the culture of handling disputes like this in America, so I almost paid for the damage myself. However, I believed that the landlord was taking advantage of me because I am a foreigner, and I was recommended to contact a lawyer. Ms. Gonzalez Castillo helped me to negotiate with my landlord and I ended up having to pay no money and the issue was dropped by the landlord. Throughout the process Ms. González Castillo was very patient with me, was very kind, and showed genuine concern for my issue. I would recommend her to anyone who needs the services of a competent legal professional who is also considerate, patient, and kind.

Atty. González Castillo did an excellent job on our case, pointing out unnecessary repairs that our previous landlord was trying to hold us accountable for. Atty. González Castillo was ultimately able to have most charges against us dropped. She was courteous and very helpful during the entire process. We would definitely recommend her as an attorney.
