Originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin, Attorney Nathan Caputa grew up making trips to Milwaukee for everything from Bucks and Brewers games, to days at the lakefront. During that time, Attorney Caputa fell in love with the city. After moving to Minneapolis for a few years, the time and distance from Milwaukee reaffirmed his desire to ultimately return to the area, where he chose to pursue a career as an attorney.
Milwaukee Wage & Hour Attorney
Attorney Caputa practices primarily in the fields of wage and hour, assisting employees in their claims for unpaid minimum wages and overtime wages. Having worked a variety of jobs in the service industry prior to law school, Attorney Caputa saw firsthand the difficulties workers often have trying to be fairly compensated. These experiences give Attorney Caputa additional insight into the information needed to successfully litigate wage and hours cases, and drives him to assist other workers addressing these same problems, and ensuring that clients receive their fair pay.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2017, Attorney Caputa graduated, cum laude, from Marquette Law School in 2020.
While attending Marquette University Law School, Attorney Caputa worked part-time as a law clerk—first with a local workers compensation and disability law firm, and then with Hawks Quindel.
When not in the office, Attorney Caputa can be found enjoying the weather outdoors golfing, going to any of Milwaukee’s innumerable festivals, or going on runs by the river or lakefront. During the colder months, he can be found ice fishing at his grandparents’ cabin, or trying to stay warm with a good book.
