Katherine Charlton will address LGBTQ employment law issues on a panel discussion titled “The Transformation of LGBTQ Rights in the Federal Courts” at an April 15, 2019 seminar sponsored by the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association. The panel will discuss emerging issues in employment, school and health law, in light of recent decisions by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Charlton authored a chapter titled “Advising LBGTQ Clients About Employment Law” for the State Bar of Wisconsin’s “Wisconsin Employment Law” treatise. She is a Hawks Quindel, S.C. shareholder in our Milwaukee office.
