Attorneys Barbara Zack Quindel and Richard Saks represent 9 to 5 National Organization of Working Women defending the Milwaukee Paid Sick Leave Ordinance passed by 68% of the voters in the November 2008 election. The court challenge filed by Metropolitan Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce is now before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Attorneys Quindel and Saks are urging the courts to honor the will of the voters and allow the ordinance to be implemented.
