William Parsons will be speaking about occupational workers compensation claims at the Kid’s Chance Workers Compensation Seminar on February 5, 2015. Mr. Parsons will be joined by Administrative Law Judge Andrew Roberts and Attorney Scott Wade. The presentation will address: What is an occupational exposure claim under Wisconsin law? Were the worker’s job duties too heavy? Too repetitive? Too long? These claims can be maddening and difficult to define (and defend). An applicant’s attorney, a defense attorney, and an administrative law judge will explore the ever-shifting law of occupational disease claims, along with the practical realities in litigating and deciding these claims. Learn the legal basis and litigation techniques behind occupational injury claims.
Kid’s Chance of America was established for the purpose of creating, assisting, and supporting Kids’ Chance organizations throughout the United States and other similar programs that provide educational opportunities and scholarships for the children of workers seriously injured or killed on the job. On February 5, 2015 Kid’s Chance will be hosting a day long educational seminar about Wisconsin workers compensation issues.
