Hawks Quindel attorney Kathy Charlton spoke on March 6, 2019 on a panel for the Labor and Employment Law Society on the topic of “Women in Labor and Employment Law: How to Succeed” at Marquette University Law School. Charlton joined three other women attorneys who are in-house counsel and management-side employment lawyers. Students asked questions about the climate for women employment lawyers in the #MeToo era and what obstacles remain for women in law. Charlton practices in Hawks Quindel’s Milwaukee office where she represents individual employees in negotiating employment, severance, separation, and non-compete agreements.
