Attorney Kathy Charlton will present “Advising LGBT Clients About Employment Law in a Fast-Changing Environment” at the State Bar’s Health, Labor & Employment Institute on August 18, 2016 in the Wisconsin Dells. The HLE Institute is a two-day program that provides in-depth continuing education programming for attorneys in private practice, government attorneys, and administrative law judges. Charlton’s topic flows from a new chapter she is authoring for the State Bar’s “Wisconsin Employment Law” treatise.
