Attorney Colin Good presented the CLE “Mass Incarceration and the Workforce: Arrest and Conviction Record Discrimination in Wisconsin” to the Legal Association of Women on March 9, 2016. The program focused on collateral consequences and what employment protections are available to Wisconsin employees who have been arrested or convicted of a crime in Wisconsin.
