Attorney Parsons Speaking at Kid’s Chance Workers Compensation Seminar William Parsons will be speaking about occupational workers compensation claims at the Kid’s Chance Workers Compensation Seminar on February 5, 2015. Mr. Parsons will be joined by Administrative Law Judge Andrew Roberts and Attorney Scott Wade. The presentation will address: What is an occupational exposure claim under Wisconsin law? Were the worker’s job duties too heavy? Too repetitive? Too long? These claims can be maddening and difficult to define (and defend).
