On November 15, 2012, Attorneys Lynn Novotnak and Summer Murshid will present on the First Amendment Rights of Public Employees. In light of recent state legislation, public sector employees and employers should be aware of the freedoms and restraints that exist at public sector workplaces for public sector workers. Novotnak and Murshid will discuss the historical development in this area of the law as well as recent case law and the application of these principles to Wisconsin public sector workers. The luncheon is brown bag and begins at 12:00 at the Milwaukee Bar Association, located at 424 E Wells St Milwaukee, WI 53202.
