If you had to use one word to describe Attorney Daniel Schoshinski’s breadth of knowledge about workers compensation, “vast” would not do him justice. Having practiced almost exclusively in this area for over twenty years, there are very few issues Attorney Schoshinski hasn’t seen or heard of. In fact, he prides himself on being able to identify every unique aspect of each client’s injury in order to gain the maximum amount of benefits available.
When he isn’t busy litigating cases on behalf of his many clients, he can be found trying to keep up with his two young daughters as they attempt to take over the world one Irish dance festival at a time.
Attorney Schoshinski is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
Attorney Schoshinski has litigated over 1,000 Workers Compensation cases in the course of his career. He has represented clients in administrative hearings, Wisconsin Circuit courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
He has also enjoyed the opportunity to teach Workers Compensation courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College and Marquette Law School.
Attorney Schoshinski is often a distinguished presenter on Workers Compensation matters and duty disability matters for various organizations throughout Wisconsin including the Professional Firefighters of Wisconsin, the Amalgamated Transit Union, the Milwaukee Bar Association, Lorman, the National Business Institute, and the School For Workers.
Attorney Schoshinski received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in 1989, and his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1992.
