On August 2, 2012, Judge Conley of the Western District of Wisconsin held a hearing to determine whether final approval of the class action settlement in Turner v. Superior Satellite could be granted. At the hearing the Court authorized the settlement, as well as the payments to the class members. Per the terms of the settlement, class members will receive their settlement checks in December of 2012. If you are a member of the class, you should have received Notice of the settlement. In the event you change addresses any time after receipt of the notice, please contact Hawks Quindel to update your address so that we may mail your check to the proper address. Attorneys William Parsons and David Zoeller, in conjunction with Axley Brynelson, LLP and Gingras Cates & Luebke, S.C. represented the satellite technicians and field managers in this case.
