Attorney Gabriel Manzano Nieves represents injured workers in their workers’ compensation matters. Having dedicated his legal education and work as an attorney to resolving employment-related issues affecting Wisconsin’s agricultural workers, Attorney Manzano understands the disadvantages experienced by Wisconsin’s hardest workers when exercising their rights.

During his time as an attorney, Attorney Manzano has represented workers in claims ranging from wage theft and employment discrimination to unemployment compensation appeals.

Before joining Hawks Quindel as an associate, Attorney Manzano worked with Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Farmworker Project for two years. Throughout his legal education, Attorney Manzano also interned for the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Immigrant Justice Clinic and volunteered with the Community Immigration Law Center.

Attorney Manzano joined Hawks Quindel in August of 2023 as an associate, and now represents workers in their worker’s compensation matters with the outmost fealty and dedication.

Attorney Manzano received honors and awards during his law school career. He placed on the Dean’s List and received the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Outstanding Public Interest Law Student Award for his legal work representing Wisconsin agricultural workers in various employment matters.

After earning his Juris Doctor degree, Attorney Manzano also graduated from the State Bar's G. Lane Ware Leadership Academy. By participating in this academy, Attorney Manzano gained valuable practice skills and knowledge from mentorship and seminars provided by senior attorneys and judges serving in Wisconsin.
