The legal team at Hawks Quindel, S.C. that worked on my workman’s comp appeal treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism from my first in-person consultation, to our most recent email exchange. Their expertise was key in winning my appeal. I’m grateful to have been recommended to this firm, and wouldn’t hesitate to encourage others to seek their council.

I found myself in the all too common position of being the person new management wanted to get rid of. Aaron Halstead was a HUGE help to me in sorting through all of the options available, and which ones made the most sense to pursue. It originally did not appear that the outcome was going to be as favorable as we may have liked, but I had zero doubts that every avenue was being explored and every rock was being turned over. Unexpected turns of events are all a part of the day! Even though the situation was an unpleasant one, working with Aaron and his staff brought some pleasantry back. And because Aaron never gave up, and DID turn over every rock and explore every avenue, we came to an agreement that was a very acceptable one! Thanks so much to Hawks Quindel, and to Attorney Halstead, for always keeping the pressure on, and never wavering in your support.

Aaron Halstead knows employment law inside and out, and he’s one of the most experienced and highly rated employment lawyers in Wisconsin. Our experience working with Aaron was outstanding. He’s compassionate, a good listener, and an assertive advocate for his clients.

Throughout the case, he was always quick to respond, and he made himself available during times that most would consider after hours. Aaron was thoughtful in his responses, and he was practical about assessing the costs and benefits of pursuing further legal action. We were very happy with the outcome of our case, which was handled efficiently and fairly. The most important thing to know about hiring Aaron is that he will have your best interests at heart. Having hired many attorneys in the past for a variety of issues, we know how rare it is to find an attorney like Aaron Halstead. This is one lawyer you want on your side.
