In earlier blogs I wrote about the NLRB’s new rule requiring most private employers to post a notice of employees’ rights under the National Labor Relations Act. After an initial delay based on a court challenge, the rule was to become effective April 30, 2012. Now, the courts have ordered a further delay in implementation while the challenge is heard on appeal.
