Attorney Donnie Malchow

Donnie Malchow is an Associate Attorney at the Hawks Quindel Madison office. He practices worker’s compensation and Social Security disability law. Attorney Malchow takes pride in helping injured persons navigate daunting administrative and legal bureaucracies.

Worker’s Compensation Attorney

Attorney Malchow knows when hard-working individuals are injured on the job, the insurance company is often unable or unwilling to see the full picture. When worker’s compensation insurers hire expensive doctors to dispute a worker’s claim, injured workers need someone fighting on their side for their best interests. Attorney Malchow takes insurance companies to task and fights to make sure his clients receive the full benefits they deserve.

Social Security Disability Attorney

Attorney Malchow understands hard-working individuals are all too often forced to stop working due to unforeseeable health problems. Whether they suffer from chronic pain, debilitating injury, or mental health struggles, Attorney Malchow and his team of dedicated professionals will work tirelessly to make sure the government sees the full picture of his clients’ conditions during the Social Security disability application process. This ensures his disabled clients are able to live comfortably, collecting the benefits they earned through their years of hard work.

Experience

Attorney Malchow grew up in the small town of Ripon, Wisconsin, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance from Ripon College before going on to graduate cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. In law school, he served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and gained experience assisting attorneys in various law clerk and summer associate positions. Attorney Malchow worked as a worker’s compensation attorney and Social Security disability attorney in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities before joining the Hawks Quindel Madison office.

As an avid volunteer, Attorney Malchow uses his time to promote good causes and assist those in need of help. He was part of a pro bono program during law school advocating for marginalized veterans and those wrongfully denied unemployment benefits. He has also helped build local water systems in rural Panama. Attorney Malchow brings the same type of dedication working with clients at Hawks Quindel.

When not in the office, Attorney Malchow likes composing and playing music with others, playing chess, and doing yoga and calisthenics.
