"Insurance companies only pay benefits when they have to. I make them have to."
Overview
If you had to use one word to describe Attorney Daniel Schoshinski’s breadth of knowledge about workers' compensation, “vast” would not do him justice. Having practiced almost exclusively in this area for over twenty years, there are very few issues Attorney Schoshinski hasn’t come across. In fact, he prides himself on being able to identify every unique aspect of each client’s injury, in order to gain the maximum amount of benefits available.
When he isn’t busy litigating cases on behalf of his many clients, he can be found trying to keep up with his two daughters as they attempt to take over the world one Irish dance festival and horse show at a time.
Attorney Schoshinski is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and the American Bar Association.
Experience
Attorney Schoshinski has litigated over 1,000 workers' compensation cases in the course of his career. He has represented clients in administrative hearings, Wisconsin Circuit courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
He has also enjoyed the opportunity to teach Workers Compensation courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College and Marquette Law School, and to speak to employee groups statewide.
"Dan Schoshinski went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did for me! He was able to settle for a much higher amount than I anticipated, and I’m forever grateful. His experience shows and he is honest and straightforward. Anyone I know who needs the best representation for a Workers' Comp claim, I’m sending to Dan Schoshinski at Hawks Quindel , S.C. I recommend everyone in need does the same."
"I have consulted with Dan on many occasions throughout my long workers comp battle. Unfortunately, I was unable to retain him due to me having a very incompetent lawyer on my case, but I'll save that for his profile. Back to Dan, he is very knowledgeable about the system, gives very sound advice, and makes you feel confident about your case, and most important makes you feel at ease with discussing things with him without feeling rushed, or that you're asking dumb questions. He took time out of his day for face to face meetings with me, and I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot Dan! I hate that I didn't come to you first, but I definitely would advise anyone else to if they're in a workers' comp situation."
