Attorney Caitlin Madden will address the National Employment Lawyers Association at its 2019 Spring Seminar on April 12, 2019. Her panel, “The Nuts and Bolts of a Wage & Hour Case,” will cover the basics for filing and litigating wage and hour class and collective actions. This panel is part of NELA’s “Epic Advocacy: Protecting Wages In Litigation & Arbitration” national conference for attorneys representing employees in actions to recover unpaid wages. In particular, this seminar will focus on litigation of wage and hour claims in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in Epic Systems v. Lewis. Attorney Madden is a senior associate in Hawks Quindel, S.C.’s Madison office.
