Hawks Quindel Attorney Katherine Charlton will train lawyers interested in litigating fair housing discrimination cases at seminars on March 22, 2018 (Madison) and March 27, 2018 (Milwaukee). Charlton will focus on state and federal fair housing laws and the investigative and testing process of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Fair Housing Council, Inc. (MMFHC). Charlton will do the training in conjunction with MMFHC’s Executive Vice President, Carla Wertheim. In her capacity as General Counsel for MMFHC, Charlton has litigated fair housing cases for nearly 30 years.
