Attorney Larry Johnson has joined Hawks Quindel’s Milwaukee office. Larry represents employees in both individual and multi-plaintiff wage and hour claims to recover unpaid wages from their employers. He has extensive experience in litigating federal class and collective actions and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Larry has also successfully argued novel issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Larry also represents employees in reviewing, negotiating, and litigating non-compete and non-disclosure agreements on behalf of employees; along with severance agreements, key employment agreements, and partnership agreements.
Larry transitions to Hawks Quindel after six successful years working at Cross Law Firm where he is grateful for experiences he had working for that firm. Larry is looking forward to continuing to work for his clients and address their legal challenges in the future.
Larry sits on the Board of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar and is a frequent speaker on wage and hour and employee contract topics when he is not spending time with his wife and young son.
