On August 2, 2012, Judge Conley of the Western District of Wisconsin held a hearing to determine whether final approval of the class action settlement in Turner v. Superior Satellite could be granted. At the hearing the Court authorized the settlement, as well as the payments to the class members. Per the terms of the settlement, class members will receive their settlement checks in December of 2012. If you are a member of the class, you should have received Notice of the settlement.
