Attorneys William Parsons and David Zoeller joined a panel of attorneys discussing hot wage and hour topics in the health care field at this year’s inaugural Health, Labor, and Employment Law Institute. Topics covered by the panel included recent developments in class action meal and rest break claims in health care facilities as well as developments surrounding the FLSA classification of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
