Milwaukee family law attorneys Amy Shapiro and Kathy Charlton authored “Pulkkila Highlights Enforcement Language in Marital Settlement Agreements” in the October, 2020 edition of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law, a publication of the State Bar of Wisconsin. The article discusses the impact of a recent Wisconsin Supreme Court case on how family law attorneys draft provisions of a marital settlement agreement in a divorce to ensure the terms of the divorce will be enforced in subsequent years. The Journal provides important substantive information to family law practitioners, court commissioners and judges on a quarterly basis.
