Attorney Barbara Zack Quindel successfully argued to an arbitrator that an employee was wrongfully discharged by Clear Channel, Inc. The arbitrator ordered the employee reinstated, but Clear Channel refused to accept that final and binding decision and challenged it in the federal courts. Attorney Quindel urged the courts to uphold the arbitration award, and in March, 2009, the federal appeals court in Chicago agreed.
