On August 20, 2015, Attorney Summer Murshid will team up with Attorneys Keith Kopplin of Ogltree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart P.C. and James Chiolino, Director of the Labor Standards Bureau for the Department of Workforce Development to present on Wage and Hour issues at this year’s Health, Labor & Employment Law Institute in the Wisconsin Dells. The goal of this year’s presentation is to present three distinct views on Wage and Hour Laws in terms of Compliance, Enforcement and Remedies. Murshid will provide the view from the employee’s side, Kopplin weighs in with management’s perspective and Chiolino offers insight from the Department of Workforce Development.
