Attorney Danielle Schroder will co-present with Attorney Tony McGrath on “Hot Topics in Employment Law” at the Western District Bar Association (WDBA) Annual Meeting on May 17, 2018. Their presentation will address topics such as the #MeToo movement, medical leave as an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and recent developments with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Further, as part of her work on a WDBA subcommittee, Attorney Schroder will be part of a panel discussion summarizing the results of a 2018 survey on the court’s practice and procedures.
