The College is a select group of lawyers from across the nation, established to honor those who have distinguished themselves in the field of workers’ compensation. Attorney Halstead is one of ten practicing Wisconsin attorneys elected to the College and is entering his 30th year of practice in Madison. He represents exclusively injured workers and frequently lectures on the topic of workers’ compensation. Attorney Halstead recently authored “Securing Justice When Insult is Added to Injury: The Wisconsin Workers Compensation Act's Protection Against Wrongful Termination,” published in Winter 2019 edition of The Verdict (Wisconsin Association for Justice).
