Attorney Aaron Halstead will present “Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Benefits and the Undocumented Worker” to the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA) on February 21, 2013. WAWCA’s winter seminar features presentations from administrative law judges and attorneys involved in worker’s compensation cases throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Halstead has represented the interests of injured Spanish-speaking employees in Wisconsin for over 20 years, in both state administrative agency and court proceedings, and Hawks Quindel’s attorneys are involved in representing the Spanish-speaking community in a variety of legal practices areas.
