COURT GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT IN SUPERIOR SATELLITE OVERTIME CASE
On August 2, 2012, Judge Conley of the Western District of Wisconsin held a hearing to determine whether final approval of the class action settlement in Turner v. Attorney Richard Saks was interviewed on Ed Schultz’s radio show on May 31, 2012 to address the claims of Wisconsin Republican Party Chair Reince Priebus that vote fraud is widespread in Wisconsin, and especially in Milwaukee.
